Creating an EDI profile from the Component Explorer

To create an EDI profile, use New Component in the Component Explorer.

Procedure

1. On the Build page in the Component Explorer, navigate to the folder in which you want to create the EDI profile.

2. Click the blue arrow next to the folder.

3. Click the New Component link.

   The Create Component dialog opens with the folder selected.

4. Select Profile for the Type.

5. Type a name for the profile.

   The maximum length is 255 characters.

6. Select EDI as the Profile Format and then select the standard.

7. Click Create.
